Annie is 15 months!!

Annie is actually 16 months old yesterday! I have had these pictures on here to do her 15 month for quite some time and just haven't had the chance. So here is what our Annie was/is up to at 15 months!!

Weight: 22 lbs

Height: 30 inches

Annie is always making us laugh! She can be quite dramatic and make the funniest faces! She has got the glare thing down to a T, even though she does it to strangers all they do is laugh at her because her look is so dang cute!! Annie does not put up with too much anymore. She is no longer afraid to fight back, she may fight back and then come running to hind behind me...but she's a fighter none the less! She is still tough as nails too. The twins can be quite mean and rough with her but she doesn't cry much or for long. She  has also started throwing temper tantrums and hating to sit still for diaper changes. Since she was sick with a sinus infection we were kind of catering to her at night and letting her have a small bottle. Now that she is on antibiotics and feeling better I have been trying to sleep train her back to sleeping through the night again. Well....this girl has a stubborn streak!! The other night she was crying and I showed up to rock her back to sleep. Which she did. Then she awoke a few minutes later screaming and hollering so I left her to cry it out for 15 minutes. I repeat, a mere 15 MINUTES! When I went back in she refused to be held, she proceeded to throw a 30 MINUTE tantrum even though we offered her a bottle about 2 minutes into it!! We have not attempted to let her cry it out since. But I'll get the nerve up again soon! 

She is really such a great baby that is well behaved most of the time. She is happy as long as she gets to do EXACTLY what Mark and Elizabeth are doing. If one of the twins decides not to sit in their booster seat and sit in a big chair or at the little table then so will Annie. If they climb on the couch, so will she. Ride a tricycle, read books, brush teeth, color, play dough, you name it, she wants to do it. The only 2 things she doesn't get to do is eat their vitamin gummy bears and raw carrots. Other than that we try to include and accommodate her as much as possible. There are plenty of things that she loves to do. The top 2 things are DANCING and READING!!!!! She could literally do them all day. 

She has turned into a bit of a pickier eater. She loves fruit and dairy and most any carbs. She will fish and meat most of the time but not always. She loves noodles more than rice. Her favorites are salmon, peas, mac n cheese, bananas, cheese, yogurt. Luckily she still eats baby food from a jar because it feels like she barely eats anything some days besides milk! She usually only has 2 bottles a day. One at nap time and one at bedtime. She will sleep in all kinds of positions and hasn't grown too attached to any blanket or animal yet. She does enjoy sleeping with her empty bottle if we let her:) She is still a light sleeper but not as much as she used to be, thank goodness.

Annie loves to climb. She will climb on anything, usually chairs. She is 100% capable of going up and down the stairs. So far she usually goes down on her bum, but occasionally she will turn and slide on her stomach. She also likes to color, run, and try to jump and stomp, go down the slide, swing, play peek a boo, pretend to talk on the phone, play in the sandbox, ride on the tricycle and play games on our phones. She almost NEVER wants to ride in any kind of stroller, which works out well at the moment because our shy twins insist on being in a stroller when we go almost anywhere! 

Annie can say more (both aloud and in sign), mama, dadda, mar mar (as in Mark Mark), caca like a crow, moo like a cow and she's been known to say stuck and thank you but only once. She knows her hair (which unfortunately is still her favorite thing to pull and twirl on when she is tired), eyes, nose, mouth and belly button. She loves to point them out on everyone and everything around too! I just had to give her another bang trim this morning because she will pull and pull until all her hair is out of her pony tail and I can't STAND it being in her eyes all the time! 

We love our little Annie so much and it melts my heart when she plays and laughs with her siblings and her laugh is so quiet and deep! She has brought so much happiness to our lives and we feel so extremely blessed to have her in our family! We love you Annie!!!!
