What the heck?! Where did 3 days go?!! I can't believe I'm so behind and guess what, Saturday and Sunday I didn't take a single picture!! Here we go anyway:
Day 14 continued: Mark took the twins to their favorite toddler park and they got serious in the sandbox once again. They have been playing really well lately at parks, they stay focused for more than a few minutes
The nanny of the 16 month old identical twin girls complimented Elizabeth on her curl mohawk! She was totally serious, and she did have pink hair and tattoos so obviously she had some good taste! We love Elizabeth's curls!!!
Day 15: We took our 1st major outing....Fry's and Ikea!!! Annie and the twins all did great, all the walking wiped me out and I went to sleep as soon as the twins did that night and only got up with Annie. Mark let me sleep in until 8:00 am!
Day 16: Mark took the twins to church all by himself for the 1st time!! They did pretty well it sounded like. Jake and his girls stopped by for a visit and Little Mark kept stealing Kayla's pacifier and then trying to put it back in her mouth, he also tried doing that with Annie today but instead of her mouth it was her eye!
Day 17: Happy 4th of July!!! Here is Annie on her 1st Independence Day:
And all 3 kiddos:
And me with the twins:
We feel a little bad because we missed the parade because all of us were napping except Mark. By the time we got downtown all the fun was gone...but there was still the park and they had fun as usual! And oddly enough there were 2 other sets of twins there:
Then they got to cool off in the kiddie pool:
And Elizabeth enjoying the sun:
And then they got to have fun with a new toy...a bubble lawn mower!!!
Guess who brought the new toy?? Grandma and Grandpa T!!! Here is Grandma meeting Annie for the 1st time:
As soon as Little Mark saw Grandma he hugged and hugged and hugged her!! This picture captures his sweet little face and totally melts my heart!!
Grandpa T meeting Annie for the 1st time:
And wrestling and tickling Mark:
My sweet, beautiful niece Monica came!!! We've been really looking forward to her coming, the twins love her (she is a twin herself, I think that helps!). She's already put up with Little Mark trying to pull her braces off her teeth:
She's also become freakishly flexible thanks to all her ballet training! This is just one of her crazy sitting positions:
